Our Founder
Erica Rodrigues is the founder and principal of Senne Marketing. A marketing strategist and creative leader with over 20 years of experience, Erica is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations communicate with purpose, clarity, and cultural relevance.
She served as the Co-Chair of SCORE Worcester, where she mentored small business owners and champions entrepreneurial growth in underserved communities. Erica is also pursuing her MBA at Boston University, further deepening her expertise in business strategy, leadership, and innovation.
As a Brazilian-American entrepreneur, Erica brings a multicultural lens and a strong commitment to inclusion and accessibility. Her background spans agency leadership, digital marketing, community engagement, and public education campaigns—helping clients across sectors make meaningful connections with the people they serve.
